What is the average delivery time for your purchases?

When your order has been successfully placed, you will be sent a confirmation email with every product that was in your cart. We can process orders very quickly and deliver within 2-5 days. However, we cannot provide an exact delivery time because of our statistics and previous experience; this will be based on the customer’s location. Shipping times can take a little longer as different factors come into play and are responsible for determining the final shipping duration.

Where do you ship from?

You can find our organization’s name nowhere on our products, ensuring utmost discretion and a high possibility of arrival. We ship from a variety of locations including Europe, Singapore, Thailand & India.

Is it possible to send a package to a P.O box?

Yes, you can send a package to your P.O box.

How about large orders?

Is the packaging safe?

Where is my tracking number?

Tracking numbers are available right after your order has been shipped. You will receive a confirmation email from us with all the tracking info you need.

Is it possible for the order to delayed?

We take every precaution to ensure your order will be delivered as soon as possible. However, we can’t 100% guarantee this all the time. Some estimated delivery times might be provided when placing orders, but this will vary depending on many factors such as postal service performance and customs clearance.

How do I pay?

After placing an order, you will receive an email with instructions on how to proceed with the payment. Once your order has been placed and the payment has been made, all you need to do is follow the payment instructions from your e-mail.

How long does it take for you to process payments?

We usually process payments received by money transfer within 2-3 days after we receive the proof of the transfer from you. Once the order has been placed, you will also need to send us a proof of payment. We will not be able to process your order until we have received your proof of payment.
